CUSTOMER CARE

We do our absolute best to make sure all of our clients are happy!  Northwest Muse has a three-month satisfaction policy where clients can schedule as many finishing appointments they would like as long as they are six weeks apart (back to back) at the finishing appointment price of $25. Once the 6-week mark or a total of 3 months is passed all procedures fall into a general maintenance price of $150 for the years to follow. We want to see your beautiful faces again, so our maintenance price stays affordable for you!  

Shop Policies

Northwest Muse is appointment only.

Deposits are Non-Refundable, but may be transferred to another appointment time prior 72 hours of your appointment.

We have a 72-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your appointment within 72hours of your appointment, you forfeit your deposit and another 50% deposit will need to be placed to reschedule.

Please be on time.

Appointments are considered "no-shows" at 15 min past your appointment time and we may refuse to reschedule your appointment.

If you do not call or prove communication by voicemail or email (northwestmuse.com) then it is considered a no-show and we may not reschedule your appointment.  We may also deny future appointments or appointment requests.

You can email us directly off of the “contact us” form on the home page of the web-sight. 

 

We respect your time, the value of your appointment and we ask you do the same of our artists.

 

If you call, email in efforts to communicate with our team prior 72-hours before your appointment to reschedule, we will be happy to do our best to accommodate you based on artist and appointment availability.

 

Our artists are independent contractors, individual businesses functioning within Northwest Muse. Our artists are all different in the style of work that they do. It is your responsibility to choose and mention your preferred artist based off of your own research.

 

Sales, discounts, advertisements, gift certificates, and marketing materials are all subject to be redeemed with the artist responsible for the material or content. 

 

6-week Finishing appointments are $25 up to 3 months from the initial appointment after, it’s considered maintenance. Maintenance appointments are $150. 

 

Model forms are shared between the instructors and the student for educational purposes.

 

No pets allowed in the shop with the exception of service animals.

This is a health regulation.

 

Proper and clean aftercare is completely and 100% your (the clients) responsibility!

If you are unsure about any of our policies or have questions, please just call and communicate with us about your situation. We do our best to accommodate our clients within reason of the policies laid forth. We value our clients and our Artists time.

PRIVACY

Our clients privacy is a priority. Any and all information taken within the shop is kept purely for the use of the clients appointments. Information may need to be shared within the establishment if the client is choosing to change artists. Northwest Muse LLC reserves the right to share information with any artist or student in relation to the clients appointments. If the client was a model for a class, Northwest music LLC holds a copy of the clients information and each one of the students also received a copy for their establishment. This way if the model chooses to follow up with one of the students after class, notes taken during the appointment are available to the artist.
